Well....I am not doing this nearly as well as I used to. It is getting so much harder for me. I am trying but I really am not getting anywhere.

I know I need to do some execise !!!!

159.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb. Still to go: 24.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
