I found that it helps to put in the foods that I wanted to eat today but resisted just to see how much I would’ve been eating. It’s a pretty big eye opener.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1501 kcal Fat: 72.13g | Prot: 64.91g | Carb: 151.09g.   Breakfast: Sunshine Acres Veggie Chips, Salami, Mayonnaise , Harvestland Sliced Turkey Breast, Swiss Cheese , Provolone Cheese , Wheat or Cracked Wheat Bread. Lunch: 2% Fat Milk, Post Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted, Kellogg's Krave Chocolate Cereal. Dinner: McCutcheon's Sweet Pepper Relish, Johnsonville Original Bratwurst. Snacks/Other: Whole Milk, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato Coffee Creamer, Skinny Pop Sweet & Salty Kettle Popcorn (Package). more...
