And with this one I have met my first short term goal of 10% of my body weight. Overall I am eating better and I feel stronger. I am also less exhausted and I have more endurance (bc I am walking 3 plus hilly miles per day.)
219.0 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
