I had a no loss no gain week, but it was tough. I am satisfied though because I had a carb day on Saturday and ate all the carbs I wanted. I quickly saw the error of my ways and went right back to low carb. I bought some Jilly's sugar free Gelatin cups which helped to satisfy my sweet tooth, and some celery hearts that I dipped in blue cheese dressing to satisfy my salty craving. I am taking extra fiber to keep me regular and logging everything in my food diary to keep me honest. It all works, but sometimes a person sort of falls off the wagon. Here is a special thank you to my Fat Secret friends for the supportive comments and good advice.
