I feel like I am doing well. Today is day 14 of the challenge. I really have to work to eat more smaller meals thoughout the day, but I have to eat more whileI am taking Advocare's supplements or it makes me nauseous. The appetite suppressant really seems to be doing its job.

I'm not really down anymore inches that i can tell, so I'm not sure where this weight I'm losing is coming off.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
