1st week of another challenge. Didn't do so good. But I knew I wouldn't. Got to get past emotional eating. EVERY time one of the kids (esp DD who's 11) rocks the boat, the 1st thing I want to do is stick food in my mouth-like a drug addict needing a fix to make it better or get thru it. I'm disgusting! It's a new day, a new week of my challenge so here's to better results this week!
