I'm back..I was on here doing the Atkins diet earlier this year.. fell off beginning of summer and never came back... haven't gained any weight though so I must be doing something right.. except I never got to my goal..lost 30lbs still have 50 to go.. I'm going to get there..my friend is dragging me into the weight watchers lifestyle with her. lol! I'm happy to have some support and it interests me, she just cracks me up. So here I am day one.. lots of water. =)

With you saying "fell off" of Atkins and "my friend is dragging me into the weight watchers lifestyle", I had visions of you falling off the Atkins wagon and your friend dragging you behind the WW wagon! LOL. Climb on board! Happy to have another comrade for the journey!

Hahaha thank you.. it's true.. I just couldn't count carbs anymore one day, and I still think about what i should eat vs what I do.. but I am in a better frame of mind to go back into something and stick to it.
I'm so glad to be here and I knew this was the place to get the support and good ideas of foods and exercise and just great people to talk to. :)
