Been a while... no excuses, weight went up and down but basically stayed the same so no better or worse

let's see how the measurements go since August

chest 39 ~ up 1
above belly 33~ up 1
lower belly 38 ~ same
hips 39.5 ~ up .5
thigh 22 ~ same
calf 13 ~ same
arm 11.5 ~ same

started weight lifting, and changed my exercise routine to hopefully help get me on track to go down, would love to weigh 150 like I once did but...
167.2 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.0 lb a week
