Well tomorrow starts my new healthy eating life and exercise regiment. Tired of being unhealthy it will also be a big adjustment to my diabetes. Hopefully can cut down on my insulin intake. Wish me luck the healthy journey begins... 😊
275.4 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
