Its amazing how just quitting alcohol can make such a difference
162.4 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

That’s the biggest thing for me is ditching the wine and snacks at night! Great job! Keep it up :)

Yup. While I may have a glass of wine here and there, mostly giving it up has been very positive for me. Between food and wine, I choose food most days.
