this weekend I havent gone mad but I did have foods that I have completely avoided these past 5 weeks - biscuits, bread, eggs and cake. i'm determined this week to go back to my diet. it's a shame, as naively I thought I could have a weekend off and my body wouldn't notice 😂
148.8 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
