🙏💪🏽💃🏽🤸🏽‍♀️tough but worth it... I’m finding the 16:8 (IF) very challenging... hoping it gets easier. What helped is doing it with my husband...
157.6 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
