I was actually down to 269lbs yesterday but I forgot to post it. Ate in the early hours, scrambled eggs with butter and minced garlic sauce plus a dab of fermented fish sauce for salt flavouring... and off to the toilet I duly went. Looks like rice it is next time then. I imagine I would cope better with this if I wasn't going so soon back to fasting again and could take my time over starting eating again, little broth at first etc. No matter as all this stops when the cold descends upon us anyway. I did a carb meal in the early hours. This morning I have liver defrosted so that's in the pressure cooker along with canned veg and chicken soup. I also defrosted some mince, which I might freeze again. Back to fasting when it's gone anyway.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
