With weight that will obviously fluctuate a bit on a daily basis, it seems somehow more gratifying to record only the weigh ins that reflect the continued declines toward goal. And so... even this small dip is a win.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
