I'm back from Puerto Rico to terribly cold weather in the northeast! I had a wonderful time with the hubby, great weather, lots of fun things to do, and got away from the hustle & bustle of life and spent time alone with the each other -- absolutely priceless! And, I was able to stay sugar, dairy & wheat free for the duration & not gain any weight! Hope all my FS friends are doing well -- I've missed you all & will check in later after playing catch up at work & home. I'm feeling so much better overall being off sugar & the sugar cravings have been minimal. The worst was last night when I came home alone as hubby stayed on for business & the boys are back at college. While I didn't make the best food choices, I also didn't go for sugar, so am pleased with that. Up early this morning, ready to stay the course today as I pray the serenity prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
And continue to pray, breathe, log, post & express again this one day, meal, minute, bite & emotion at a time! xoxox
