I'll admit to a bad week. It was more of a mental week. I took off from working out, I ate OK. I had my anniversary so we went out to dinner, then we had a party and I let myself go.

Today is a new week and a new start. The next few weeks will be tough with a bachelor party, two weddings, and a HS reunion but if I hold strong during the week, I can splurge a little on the weekends.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
