Lower weight than expected. I'm guessing dehydration is to blame. Not feeling particularly dehydrated, just don't feel bloated.

Ham & cheese pockets are in the freezer. Only made 8 but am still experimenting. Started with https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/homemade-ham-cheese-pockets/ as the base recipe. Modifications for the next time:

- Try a pastry crust.
- Stick a pan of water under the baking pan to try and keep the bottoms from scorching.
- Ham slices need to be cut up so one bite doesn't drag the entire filling out.
- Add way more cheese.

296.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
