Want to measure tonight and see how I am doing in that area. Will probably weigh in again on Sunday. Will hopefully get a better scale to make sure it is accurate. But I don't feel like I have put any weight on. :) Thanks to Prycena, Thermal and PNT200 and having energy to walk 3-5 times a week.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
