Ugh, fell off and got run over by the wagon last few months. Was up to 167. Lost a few lbs. Need to get serious again because eating crap makes me feel like crap. Did some food prep and made some fat bombs for when the cravings hit. Had a BPC for breakfast, salad for lunch and dinner will be beef mushrooms and veggies.
