After a long period of emotional stress and sickness my hormones being out of whack again, I am healing. I am sleeping well again, ... that is huge. And have seen my weight loss move again-5 lb ...I increased my fat levels while using a 2 to one ratio of fat to protein and carbs 100 grams of fats, 35 grams of protein and 15 grams carbohydrates. Net carbs is much harder I also am trying to eat mid afternoon my meal, that is awesome timing if it works for you. Variation is my goal
