I guess my body is just ready to release some of this weight. I’ve been hitting my ever climbing step goal everyday for a month now. Almost to a daily goal of 10k steps. It’s a bit harder on the weekends when we tend towards sloth like behavior but the dogs appreciate the new walks we’ve been taking.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.1 lb a week
