Well done, keep going sisi👏🏾
I’m pear shaped too and Keto is what helps me able to do OMAD because my body is now consuming my fat for sustenance. I spent a tonne of time watching Dr Berg (mainly) and Dr Ken videos to understand the science of Keto, I still watch (or listen to) short videos now when I have a free moment like in the car and I found understanding the science made it easier for me to make proper food choices. I had sore and swollen ankles and knees but that’s all gone now!
I also found lots of tasty Keto recipes that I make (sometimes for my family too they just don’t know 😂) on YouTube and websites gnom-gnom, ruled.me and fatforweightloss.com.au .
Keep keeping on 🙌🏾
