So, apparently I have lost 3 pounds since yesterday. I also mysteriously gained 5 pounds the weekend before the 4th. I'm not sure what is going on, but I have started exercising more AND keeping track of points.
I leave for a conference on wednesday, so I hope I have good options and make good choices while I'm away from my kitchen.
