On day 3 of 15 week goal. Super early but feeling good. Met yesterday’s goals. Today is Sunday, and I usually take it a bit easier on Sunday. Never did put on my apple watch today, but I’ll make sure to get some good movement in today. Diet dialed in today, so that’s good.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
