On day 3 of 15 week goal. Super early but feeling good. Met yesterday’s goals. Today is Sunday, and I usually take it a bit easier on Sunday. Never did put on my apple watch today, but I’ll make sure to get some good movement in today. Diet dialed in today, so that’s good.
