Woohoo so chuffed 🤗
118.8 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s amazing, well done! How many calories do you usually eat per day?

Abdulla I aim between 1000/1200 but as you can I see I don’t panic if I go over as long as my exercise/activity is more than my calories and I keep focused xxx
