Hey there! Sorry to hear your weight was up at the drs. office. I know it's hard to write down your points, but if have the WW materials or sliding scale, it definately is worth the effort to do it. I fall on and off with doing that, but when I do track, I always lose. If you can write down a realistic goal of what you want to lose this week and then by the end of the month too that is also really helpful to help you stay focused. It is hard, but you can do this. You will feel so good and your body will feel strong and will hurt less. We're all here to support you and want you to feel healthy and strong and filled with energy to chase after those grandkids!
