this cant be possible! Either my scale is broken or I really am dropping the weight. I cut as much carbs as I could for 2 days and still went to the gym and now I dropped 3 lbs!! that's about a pound & 1/2 a day!! Amazing what no carbs for 2 days can do to your body. 8 more pounds to go and I get to treat myself with a low calorie/low carb cauliflower crust pizza!! 😋 as a reward of course. so Im now down a total of 26 pounds in nearly a month, not bad..not bad. i can already start feeling my clothes being slightly loose, i think I'm starting to enjoy this weight loss stuff 😂 Anyway, thanks for all the emotional support everyone! i couldnt have done it without you guys and Fatsecret.
