Whoa!!! I'm only 11 lbs to be under the big 300!! I am super proud of myself, it's been truly challenging and I've come across some major obstacles but i think consistently is the key! still stayed eating healthy and counting carbs and cals. I'm almost there guys, then pretty soon my next goal is 270lbs! i have to do this, dont ever give up hope and continue to work hard for your goals.
