I lost a little weight but it is Saturday and I’m expecting to add weight through bloating and constipation.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1564 kcal Fat: 57.27g | Prot: 51.68g | Carb: 216.00g.   Breakfast: Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese, Against the Grain Gluten Free Baguette, Applesauce Unsweetened, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Bob Evans Home Fries, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Fish, Trader Joe's Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread, Thousand Island Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: Grape Juice, Birds Eye Asian Medley Seasoned Vegetables, White Rice, Sweet and Sour Chicken or Turkey. Snacks/Other: Starbucks Marshmallow Dream Bar, Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage Vanilla, Coffee with Sugar, Amy's Split Pea Soup. more...
