Good idea. Don't exaccerbate that that back injury. Just do what you CAN, without hurting yourself - even if it means just getting up and STANDING during commercials on the TV.

I was there last week. I had a horrible back injury and had to lay in the floor for three days. Ibuprofen is your friend.
