Water Fast Day #8 I resumed water yesterday afternoon- my mouth was too dry after 160hrs Dry Fasting. As soon as I feel fully rehydrated, I'll start a new Dry Fast. It is absolutely great! My ketosis is still high at 80mg/dL

P.S, My apologies if any of those emojis are Japanese actually... As an American, I can get the two mixed slightly sometimes (Chinese vs Japanese), but I know the people of those respective nations would not appreciate it! :P

You are a rock star! I just switched back from water fasting to 'no solid food' fasting earlier than expected (5 hours early), because without exercise, and the cold rainy weather, I just 'mentally' felt exhausted. I don't 'need the calories' (I'm still only drinking 300 calorie protein shakes), I just needed a 'mental break'. I will probably feel better next week... Anyway, you're killing it! Good luck!
