My first weigh in last thursday and I am very pleased with my result.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 71.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.8 lb a week

You are doing great! Keep it up! Make sure you are exercising it will help your weight loss and your borderline diabetes. Good luck to you!

Thanks for the positive comment thin4me...I have been excersising...walking and aqua jogging(been along time since I have been at the pool due to my weight.Not alot of excercise done this week cause I have ended up on crutches, mind you thats a work out all of its own man it is hard getting round on them...lol.takes the stuffing out of ya. But hey thats ok i will be able to get back into it next week...have kept up the dieting ok so thats better than nothing.
