Well, I am starting over on weight watchers. Today is my second day and yesturday I ate alot of food. I think I had 55 points in one day. That is a lot! But I know where they come from and for me that is huge. The sundae I had last night was 22 points alone. Now I know I need to eat a smaller sundae or something else. This is good.
