Hi everyone, early weigh in ..
upped my cardio this week to 4hrs
Mainly cross trainer and treadmill ( incline power walking) my feet are killing me ..
started this week doing sit-ups 😅and planks to work the core ? 😅I’m still hoping to get my waist down this month.. 🤞have a good weekend everyone x
185.6 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Impressive drop! When I’ve finished on my exercise bike my legs and butt hurt. 😂 I go on it every day so you’d think my muscles would’ve gotten used to it but no! 😘

Try some strength training if you want to get the waist down. Cardio does little for sculpting the body. In 9 weeks I lost 10.5 inches over my bicep, thigh, waist, belly button and hips through strength training.
