I am so surprised that all it took to start losing again was so simple!!

Lowering protein and counting kcals with a DD and a UD has changed my world. I am melting again!!!

All I did was do the counter on how many kcals I needed everyday to lose a pound a week and then split the kcals in half for a DD and I'm a lean mean fat burning machine AGAIN!!!
166.8 lb Lost so far: 133.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 August 2012:
862 kcal Fat: 71.16g | Prot: 43.68g | Carb: 7.86g.   Breakfast: Spectrum organic coconut oil, diet rite, Great Value Heavy Cream, water, flogers coffee. Dinner: del monte spinach, diet rite, Simply Cottage Cheese, almond flour, salmon. Snacks/Other: diet rite tangerine, Spectrum organic coconut oil, Great Value heavy whipping cream. more...

Thank you for your input...I need all the help I can get! What did you mean by not making recipes? eat just whole foods?

Yes! Just eat whole food. Mixing up casseroles and such did not help me lose. I think it slows weight loss down. This is what happened to me.
