Doing OMAD. No exercise due to broken ankle.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks . It is healing slooowly. I'm going to add some plain gelatin to my diet and see if it speeds things up.
