Trying to keep up the activity. Difficult when it’s been thundering and raining all morning. At least the weight is still going down Indoor cycling today. Enjoy the scenery when I’m outside though.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
