11kg 🤸‍♂️... I do want to get out of the 83 kg now... been here for too long... am very happy with my progress today... 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 and on we go with eating properly and right in time...
183.4 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
