感冒病毒終於走了,感覺體力都回來了,因為吃感冒藥整個人會昏沉嗜睡,週四休假在家昏睡整天,醒來就吃,吃完就睡,這3天也都超早就寢,完全沒運動,老公簡直把我當豬在養🐷果不期然,感冒病毒走了,身上的肥肉確實多了,感覺這幾天脂肪每天都在開party🤕今晚要先來恢復1堂飛輪課試水溫了,脂肪速速退去,急急如力令...退退退...
