Well , I weighed... then ate everything in the house. Not a very good reward! I don’t know why I do this. Must be some deep psychological reason there that escapes me. I am miserable! I remember now how awful I always felt when I was so full. Note to self: this is not worth it and it wasn’t even that good! Get back on track! Add some new things so you don’t go looking out of boredom. I CAN do this!
