Think I fractured my wrist last night at the gym. My god, i'll have to do cardio for a while.
172.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Its so annoying. The way it feels it might be weeks before I can do any upper body. Going to gym tonight to try elliptical, squats and bike for a workout. Not good.
