Had an anniversary to celebrate yesterday with my boyfriend. Went to Ruth's Chris in Princeton and had an amazing dinner. I didn't touch the bread, I picked the croutons off my salad, I had a crab cake which had a little stuffing of some sort but more crab than anything and then I had steak and green beans with garlic for dinner. Since we were celebrating, they brought us dessert with a candle in it. A small piece of chocolate cake which I took a very small bite of to try and that came with berries and sweet cream. So I had a little of the sweet cream and ate the berries but other than that, stuck to the diet. I was very proud of myself because I have been there before and I know how good the bread is and I didn't touch it. Down on the scale today which means the work is paying off. I have also changed my weigh in day to Saturday. It is way too hard to not be able to get on the scale all weekend so Saturdays it is from now on.

Thanks. It was tough but I felt so good when I left there. It reminded me that I really can do this and it's so worth it. I appreciate all the support. It really helps.
