I’ve been crash dieting. 800 cals for a few days then i binge on thousands of calories. I set this goal date and told myself i need to lose as much weight as possible before that day. I will go to 1360 cals and stop the binging. Yesterday and today i had two terrible binges but tomorrow i will try to go to 2000 cals and monday i’ll start my diet. Im not beating myself up about it though.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
