Ugh up today but I know I’m retaining fluid. My ring which is normally loose won’t even go on today. Back to humidity and fluid retention. Bring on the cooler sweater weather. My body much prefers it.
171.2 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
