I think I am done with the adding of water weight, see how it levels out over the next few days. Basically IF yesterday just coffee sugar and cream in the morning and just coffee and cream in the afternoon. Still have the tightening in my calf's and feet. Lot of mucus build up too, probably from all the dairy I had the other day. No muscle cramping yet today so that is a good thing. Getting my tanks going until I have to leave for my ultra sound today and grabbing my lab work I had asked her to check my mineral levels I don't know what else she checked. Still doing low dose potassium supplimentation along with my regular calcium magnesium and b vitamins. No added salt. that may have been a problem too
