I’m avoiding juice to see if that helps me progress towards my weight loss goal.
108.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1595 kcal Fat: 53.78g | Prot: 72.21g | Carb: 203.31g.   Breakfast: Applesauce Unsweetened, Against the Grain Gluten Free Rolls, Coffee. Lunch: Green String Beans, Lay's Kettle Cooked Original Extra Crunchy Potato Chips, Mochi, Tuna in Water (Canned), Tillamook Medium Cheddar Cheese Sliced, Udi's Gluten Free White Sandwich Bread. Dinner: Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Linguini with Vegetables and Seafood in White Wine Sauce (Diet Frozen Meal). Snacks/Other: Katz Gluten Free Glazed Donuts, Starbucks Marshmallow Dream Bar, Iced Coffee. more...
