I have completely eliminated all dairy and meats after speaking to a dietician and master herbalist - I feel great and have been excercising two or three times a week.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

What are you eating to provide your body protein & calcium? What did the dietician say was wrong with meat & dairy? I hope you don't mind my asking...I'm just curious.

I have to agree with the curiousity of LittleMamaMickey I love meat and diary. I have heard this before but I couldn't picture giving up carbs,meat and dairy

There are alot of foods that you can acquire protein and calcium from - do your homework and you will find out what works for you. There are alot of vegetables and soy is great. I fe3l 100% better after being on this food regimen for the last two months.
