Gained 2 lbs during my holiday to Lithuania. Considering it was the best part of two weeks I consider that a result.
Now concentrating on recovering from this awful bronchitis (feeling totally wiped out 😥) and back on the diet!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
