Cut lawn today. Had weighed this past Friday and was 277.50 lbs. Really want to do better this month (ending Aug 28, 2012) have no money to get raw - but with God's help will eat smaller portions of what there is available and with His help do exercise AT LEAST 3-4 times a week 30 min each. Prayerfully this will show results.
Also another goal is no eating between meals - drink as much water as possible (goal for 10-14 8oz glasses).
