Fuck fuck fuck what am I doing wrong 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭😭😭😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😖😫😫😫😫😫
200.8 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

if you are exercising, it could be muscle weight. I believe that to be my issue. I gained about 3 pounds in 2 weeks when I started exercising more.

I log every little thing I eat...it makes u have a sort of accountability for what u consume

@draglist, that food entry was from a year ago. I'm not sure if Peewee reads our responses or if they are merely venting but each time they post we ask them to log their food and then maybe we could help. So far they've never responded back. Perhaps someday they will.

I don't know how you are dieting Peewee, but I think it would be very beneficial to you if you logged all the food you are eating. It really helps to keep track. Some times we find when we log the food we can tell we are eating more that our calorie use.
